Detail analysis of mainstream film magazine

The way that this is presented in terms of layout it is as a  popular big budget film magazine. It is presented with big bright colours to catch people's attention to make them and want to read it.

On the front cover it also has big a list of actors which shows it is a mainstream magazine. 

The centre image also shows it is a big budget magazine.

The way this is presented is very similar to the above. It has high budget films on the front cover and uses bright bold colour schemes with big a list movie stars as the centre dominate image.

Having looked at mainstream magazines they didn't have any horror movies on their front covers so I don't think it is appropriate for me to do a mainstream film magazine like "Empire". Therefore I am now going to look at horror specific special magazines such as "fangoria" and more indie ones like "sight and sound" to see if they would be more appropriate.
